Supervisory and Management Training

We can offer supervisory and management training programmes which are validated by the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI) and flexible to candidate and employer needs. The management qualifications available are:-

Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Team Leading (CMI)
For existing or aspiring team leaders this programme looks at the core skills required for organising and developing themselves and their team, and improving performance. It also focuses on developing effective working relationships and resolving customer service issues
Level 3 Introductory Certificate in Management (CMI)
Suitable for those considering a move into a first line management role, or those who are new to such a role. It provides an introductory overview of the full Level 3 Certificate
Level 3 Certificate in Management (CMI)
Suitable for those who have the authority and responsibility for organising and directing the work of others, and who need to maintain and develop the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. It is also suitable for those aspiring to such a role
Level 4 Diploma in Management (CMI)
Suitable for those considering a move into a middle management role or those new to such a role. It provides an introductory overview of the full Level 4 Diploma
Level 4 Diploma in Management (CMI)
The programme focuses on the practical application of management theory and practice and is designed for those whose role is to manage limited resources in order to achieve business objectives, including budget management, to implement company policy and contribute to change management i.e. with more significant responsibilities than those required for an operational approach. Equally it will be of value to those who want to develop towards a future role as a manager at this level.
Effective Supervision
This is a two-day practical course for those who are looking to develop their supervisory skills, and gain a better understanding of their role and responsibilities. Whilst it does not lead to a formal CMI qualification, it does provide a good foundation for those looking to progress onto the above awards
Project Management
Our standard one-day course explores the essential tools and techniques of successful project management. It is designed as a general introduction for anyone managing projects. More complex project management skills development can be provided if required
